How the proactive death-verification sweep works

Instead of waiting for someone to report a claim, Kipwi's oracle periodically checks every insured's status against an authorized data source. When a match is found, the smart contract executes the payout automatically — no manual claim required.

Kipwi doesn't scrape any public registry directly — a real deployment requires an authorized institutional data feed (a formal agreement with the civil registry, or a licensed identity-verification provider), with each check scoped to an active policy and the insured's consent on file.
